State Insurance Commissioner Teresa Miller is urging U.S. Senator Pat Toomey to reconsider his stance on the Affordable Care Act. Miller sent a letter to Toomey yesterday saying in part, "Let me be clear that a proposal that results in any increase to our uninsured population is unacceptable."
