A man is in custody in connection to a deadly hit-and-run in Harrisburg. Deon Jenkins is accused of hitting Naya Griffin on the State Street Bridge early Saturday and then taking off. Witnesses helped detectives with some details and Jenkins was arrested a short time later. Police believe he was on his way home from a bar when the accident occurred. He was also driving on a suspended license.
