A Harrisburg man is behind bars on charges he was trying to make a bomb. Shihi Thomas was arrested Friday and is charged with possessing explosive materials. Police served a warrant at Thomas' residence at the MW Smith Homes and found a loaded rifle, body armor and a duffel bag full of various ammunition. He later admitted that he was trying to build a bomb, but detectives have not said if he had a larger plan.
