A Cheltenham cop says Bill Cosby admitted to giving allergy pills to the woman who accuses him of sexually assaulting her. In testimony yesterday, Sergeant Richard Schaffer recalled interviewing Cosby in 2005 after Andrea Constand first brought allegations against the comedian. After giving Constand one-and-a-half Benadryl pills to help her relax, Cosby admitted in the interview that they engaged in what he called "petting," but it was consensual. Cosby also told police he and Constand had previous sexual encounters.
