A woman who gave her 13-year-old daughter and a 15-year-old friend alcohol is heading to jail. Michelle Edwards was sentenced yesterday to four-and-a-half to 23 months in jail after pleading guilty to giving the teens vodka for the 13-year-old's birthday in January of this year. The 13-year-old was hospitalized with a blood alcohol content level of .32, four times the legal limit for an adult.
