A Middletown woman is facing charges in the death of her infant son. Arissa Ward allegedly told police she drank alcohol and smoked marijuana in December before lying down with the two-month-old boy. Ward allegedly rolled over on the baby and passed out, smothering him. She is being charged with involuntary manslaughter. The baby also had marijuana in his system.
