A man is behind bars after allegedly assaulting his infant daughter in Carlisle. Kyle Horsman was charged this week for the incident, which occurred while he was watching the five-month-old in February. Doctors say the girl had retinal hemorrhages and blood on the brain that was caused by a whiplash-like head injury. They also say the blood was different ages indicating repeated abuse. Horsman is also accused of waiting more than 90 minutes to get the child medical attention.
