A ninth grade student is facing charges after allegedly assaulting a police officer at Dauphin County Technical School. The 15-year-old student was asked to leave the class for allegedly causing a disturbance Monday, but instead became even more disruptive. The school resource officer responded to the classroom and the girl kicked him and then spit on administrative staff. The suspect is at Schaffner Youth Center.
