Traffic stop leads to drug and weapons charges

Two people are facing drug charges following a traffic stop in Lower Paxton Township.  Gwayne Cooper was driving with a suspended license and had multiple warrants for his arrest when he was pulled over Saturday for making an unsafe lane change on Jonestown Road.  He and his female passenger were also found to be in possession of a large quantity of narcotics, for which they did not have a prescription.  A loaded gun was also in the vehicle, as were two small children, who are now with relatives.
