Traffic stoppages are being planned on Interstate 81 in Mechanicsburg early Monday. Crews will be working on overhead signs near the Route 581 interchange and will be periodically halting northbound traffic for 15-minute intervals between midnight and 5:00 a.m. When interstate traffic is stopped, vehicles on the ramp from Route 114 will not be allowed to enter northbound I-81.
