Proposal to sell state building naming rights

Two state lawmakers are pushing legislation that would let Pennsylvania sell naming rights to its government-owned buildings.  Senators David Argall and Randy Vulakovich talked about the bill yesterday, explaining the state needs to explore innovative ways to cut costs and raise revenue.  The senators say their goal is to move state employees out of leased facilities and back into state-owned offices.
