Casey says health care bill would harm school districts

Democratic Senator Bob Casey of Pennsylvania is sounding the alarm on what the Republican health care plan could mean for education.  The House's version of the bill would cut nearly 900-billion dollars from Medicaid funding.  That's money districts use to pay for services for disabled students.  District officials in Bethlehem say it would cost them 600-thousand a year.  District officials say they'll still provide the same services to vulnerable students, but it could cost taxpayers more.
