The House's version of the bill would cut nearly 900-billion dollars from Medicaid funding. That's money districts use to pay for services for disabled students. District officials in Bethlehem say it would cost them 600-thousand a year. District officials say they'll still provide the same services to vulnerable students, but it could cost taxpayers more.
