Manheim Township police are charging a former Manheim Township School District employee following reports of inappropriate conduct. District officials say they informed police of the possibility of unprofessional behavior last week. A criminal complaint says 70-year-old Dennis M. Prutzman is charged with two counts each of Corruption of Minors and Harassment. Several times while working at Manheim Township Middle School he allegedly placed inappropriate notes on the lockers of two female students.
