A Philadelphia man is set to spend decades in prison after being found guilty of forcing drug-addicted women to serve as prostitutes in several Northeast Philadelphia motels. John Guerra was sentenced to 37 to 74 years in prison on a conviction of human trafficking, sexual exploitation of a minor and other charges on Thursday in Common Pleas Court. A grand jury alleged that Guerra and several other individuals were involved in a human trafficking operation that was promoted on Craigslist and Backpage from 2008 to 2010, which included a 17-year-old victim.
