Two men are facing charges in connection to a Harrisburg shooting. Dylan Beard turned himself in on Thursday and Sidney Michaels was found by police and arrested over the weekend. Both suspects are accused of criminal homicide and are being held without bail at Dauphin County Prison. Police say the pair shot and killed Kodi Flanagan near the corner of North 3rd and Muench streets last week.
