The results of the grand jury investigation into the Harrisburg incinerator are in. Attorney General Josh Shapiro announced the findings yesterday, explaining that Mayor Steven Reed ignored repeated warnings that the incinerator could not be properly retrofitted. The city eventually spent over 155-million-dollars on failed retrofitting projects. Despite the findings, no charges are being filed.
