A person is facing charges after a 16-year-old girl was found laying along a road in a hit-and-run in Newberry Township. Authorities say the teenager was found early yesterday morning along the 34-hundred block of York Haven Road. A person matching the car at the scene was later arrested and charged, but authorities didn't immediately identify the driver. The teenager was taken to a hospital for serious injuries.
