Police are investigating after a cat was spray-painted and partially lit on fire in Reading. A witness saw a group of kids trapping the cat and saw that the cat had been spray-painted purple and had a neck injury. An official at the Animal Rescue League of Berks County says the group had burned a hole in the cat's neck. The cat is healing with a foster family.
