Alleged license plate ring busted

A dozen people are facing charges for allegedly running 14 phony car dealerships in Pennsylvania.  State Attorney General Josh Shapiro made the announcement yesterday explaining the suspects collected license plates and then rented them out in New York.  The plates allowed people to get out of paying parking tickets and tolls.  Shapiro says the scheme cost Pennsylvania and neighboring states two-million dollars over several years.
