Lieutenant Governor Mike Stack is admitting to verbally abusing employees. Stack spoke to reporters yesterday and explained that he and his wife Tonya have said things to staff that they are not proud of. The inspector general has been investigating the accusations of staff mistreatment on the grounds of Stack's state-provided residence. Governor Wolf's office says it is awaiting those results.
