A man is awaiting sentencing after being found guilty of leading a drug ring in Lebanon County. Julio Aviles Sr. was convicted yesterday of drug trafficking and firearms offenses. Prosecutors say Aviles and another man owned and operated a "heroin mill" on Arnold Street for about two years. Aviles is subject to a mandatory life-sentence because he is a previously convicted drug dealer.
