A Carlisle man is facing stalking charges. Delbert Pettit is accused of approaching the woman as she was walking on Blower Road last month, reaching out of his car towards her and telling her they were going to have sex. He allegedly did the same thing a few days later, so the victim got his license plate. He is also being charged with harassment.
