Getting lunch shouldn't be painful

A cafeteria worker is facing charges for allegedly assaulting elementary school students in the South Middleton School District.  Police say Agnes Means was working at W.G. Rice Elementary last week when she yanked on lanyards being worn around the necks of six children.  Two of the students suffered abrasions and one had muscle strains.  Means was immediately removed from the job.
