More than a dozen people are in custody in connection to a heroin pipeline that ran through York. Police announced yesterday that the operation brought more than 15-thousand bricks of heroin into the area over the last two years. Wayne Davis and Lawrence Francis are accused of being the ringleaders and would allegedly have employees take empty suitcases to New York to pick up the drugs. Fifteen people are facing charges and 13 are currently behind bars.
