A Monessen High School student is facing charges for allegedly recording classmates in a locker room and distributing the videos via social media. The 15-year-old is accused of taping nine teens in September and some of the victims did not know they were being recorded. One of the victims' mothers called the school after she saw the video on Snapchat.
