The teenager accused of a deadly shooting in York is claiming self-defense. Sixteen-year-old Bernard Simmons the Third was arraigned Tuesday for the death of Craig Henise. Police say Simmons shot and killed Henise in the area of West Newton Avenue and Neater Street Monday night. Simmons has confessed to the shooting but claims he saw a gun in Henise's waist band.
