Former Philadelphia District Attorney Lynne Abraham is part of a lawsuit to force current D.A. Seth Williams out of office. Williams, who is facing a federal indictment on corruption charges, has agreed to temporarily suspend his law license, but has refused to resign. Abraham is joined by defense attorney Richard Sprague in filing the suit, which was entered Monday afternoon in Common Pleas Court. The suit argues Williams is prohibited by state law from continuing his job, since he is no longer licensed.
