The State Capitol is lit up in honor of the victims of child abuse. The blue lights will stay on through the end of April, which is Child Abuse Prevention Month. Thirty-four silhouettes were also on display there yesterday in memory of the 34 Pennsylvania children killed by abuse in 2015.
