Penn State University is permanently banning a fraternity where a student died. The school says a recent investigation found a pattern of excessive drinking, drugs and hazing in the Beta Theta Pi house. Nineteen-year-old Timothy Piazza fell down the stairs at the house in February and no one called for help for over 12 hours. He later died at the hospital.
