Ex-bank manager charged

A former Camp Hill bank manager is facing charges for allegedly opening over 350-thousand dollars-worth of fraudulent loans. Karen Ramm was indicted this week and is accused of creating the fake loans for a customer between 2001 and 2007 when she worked for Commerce Bank.  She then took a portion of the cash.  Ramm is facing up to 30 years in prison.
