A woman is being called a hero after saving a baby alongside a Lancaster County road. The woman was flagged down by a mother who had pulled into a parking lot and her one-year-old was lying on the ground. The woman started CPR right away and the baby was breathing within a minute. The boy was having a seizure and was taken to the hospital, where he recovered in a few hours. Both the mother and the woman are certified nursing assistants.
