Philly DA needs a new attorney

It's not clear how long embattled Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams will have his current lawyer to defend him in his federal corruption and bribery case.

A federal magistrate judge on Tuesday told Williams he has until the end of the week to find a new attorney after his current one, Michael Diamondstein, tried to pull out of the case after claiming Williams can't afford him.

Diamondstein was ordered Tuesday to stick with Williams until a new attorney is hired.

Upon leaving the courthouse, Williams was met by Black Lives Matter protesters, who, along with the Philadelphia Fraternal Order of Police, are calling for Williams to resign.
