Jury selection starts today in the trial of a Lancaster cop accused of excessive force and lying under oath. Raymond Corll told a judge that a suspect was staggering down the street drunk when he arrested him. But surveillance footage shows the suspect walking steadily before Corll hit him and handcuffed him on the ground. Corll is on paid leave and will stay that way during the trial.
