BREAKING: Ex-PSU President Graham Spanier found guilty of endangering the welfare of children

A jury found Spanier guilty on one count and not guilty on a second count of endangering the welfare of children, and not guilty of conspiracy Friday afternoon in Harrisburg.The 68 year old Spanier was forced out as university president in 2011 amidst the scandal.  Spanier was accused of not properly notifying authorities when an assistant coach reported seeing Sandusky in a team shower with a boy in 2001.Two other former PSU officials, Athletic Director Tim Curley and Vice President Gary Schultz, faced the same charges and entered guilty pleas last week, both testified for the prosecution during Spanier's trial.
