Two inmates are back in custody after escaping from the work release program at Franklin County Prison. Jason Bechtel and Scott Kint Jr. failed to return to the facility as expected Tuesday. Police spotted the pair near the Dickinson College athletic fields in Carlisle yesterday and both took off. They were found a short time later hiding under a tarp covering a boat on Newville Road.
