Immigration enforcement fears nix PA Cinco de Mayo

A popular Cinco de Mayo celebration is being canceled in Philadelphia.  Organizers of El Carnaval de Puebla, which would be in its tenth year this year in South Philadelphia, say it's being nixed because of fear over possible targeting by federal immigration agents.  Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers rounded up nearly 250 people in raids in Pennsylvania, Delaware and West Virginia last week.
