Suspect charged with threatening a judge

A Harrisburg man is in custody after allegedly threatening to kill Dauphin County Judge John Cherry.  Samuel Lester Jr. was arrested Monday and is accused of emailing the threat to the CIA.  The email allegedly said al-Qaeda had put chips in Lester's head and he would kill Judge Cherry if the CIA didn't help him.  Lester was in possession of crack cocaine when he was arrested.
