- 45mph speed limit on the Turnpike, Interstate highways and expressways.
- Tandem truck trailers, empty trailers, towed trailers, buses, RV's and motorcycles
Harrisburg mayor Eric Papenfuse has announced parking options for city residents. Locust Street Garage is free for city residents from 6pm tonight until 8am Wednesday. Free parking is also available at the old Hamilton Health parking lot on Walnut Street and HACC Midtown lot #5 on Penn Street.
