Fire lieutenant mourned

Pennsylvania flags are flying at half-staff to honor the Harrisburg firefighter killed by a drunk driver.  Governor Wolf made the announcement yesterday saying all state flags at the Capitol Complex and state facilities in York and Dauphin counties will be lowered as a tribute to Lieutenant Dennis DeVoe.  The flags will remain at half-staff until DeVoe is laid to rest.  DeVoe died after a Friday night crash at the intersection of 14th and Walnut streets.  Police say 18-year-old Khanyae ran a stop sign, hit DeVoe's vehicle and then took off.  She was later arrested for DUI and other charges.
