A York man, accused of crashing his car during a police chase and killing two people, is behinds bars. Shazmir Martino was arrested Monday on Bonneview Road without incident. Police say Martino and three other men took off after an assault in 2015 and refused to pull over for officers. A short time later, his vehicle crashed injuring all four people. Two of the victims later died of their injuries.
