Pennsylvania's auditor general is backing the legalization of recreational marijuana. Eugene DePasquale said yesterday that the state could bring in 200-million-dollars annually, calling the move something that could "be both good socially and fiscally." Twenty states have decriminalized marijuana, but so far, Pennsylvania has only legalized the plant for medical use.
