Detectives are investigating rape allegations at the State Police barracks in Blooming Grove. A dispatcher filed a lawsuit last month claiming she was raped by her supervisor in 2013. The victim says when she reported the incident, state police officials "orchestrated a campaign to keep her quiet" to protect the reputation of the force. The suit names the State Police and several current and former officers and is seeking monetary damages.
