Six people are in custody in connection to a large scale heroin trafficking organization in Franklin County. Police say an extensive investigation led them to Charles Lynch, who was the head of an operation that brought significant quantities of heroin into the area. Lynch and his five employees are also linked to an overdose death in 2016.
