A Lebanon pastor is facing charges following the death of his granddaughter. Rowland Foster was charged this week and is accused of failing to report the abuse of the two-year-old. Police say Foster had reason to suspect the girl was not getting proper medical care, but said nothing. The child died of pneumonia and doctors claim she would have had a good chance of recovery if she had gotten medicine. Foster is the pastor of the Faith Tabernacle Harrisburg District, which does not believe in medical care. He's still required by law to report child abuse. The girl's parents are also facing charges.
