One man is dead and another is recovering following an incident in Manheim Township. Police say Raymond Willey was driving on Route 283 Sunday when he fired a shot from his vehicle, hitting Michael Lohr, who was in another car. Police located Willey's vehicle on Hossler Road and when they stopped him, a passenger got out and said Willey had a gun and was suicidal. Moments later, Willey shot himself in the head. Lohr suffered minor injuries. The passenger in Willey's car was not involved in the shooting and is not facing charges.
