A man is behind bars after allegedly attacking another man in Springettsbury Township. Police were called to an Old Orchard Road home for a domestic incident on Sunday and found the suspect attacking the victim with an axe. The victim is expected to recover. Police have not explained the nature of the relationship between the men or why the attack occurred.
