Pennsylvania has a new law that allows drivers to go through certain red lights. Act 101, also called the "Ride on Red" law, gives motorists the option to go through the lights if they use common sense and proceed with caution. The law went into effect Sunday and was created to help when a signal doesn't detect a small vehicle or a motorcycle.
