PA Senate vandalism arrest

A man is facing charges for allegedly breaking into the Pennsylvania capitol building.  Ryan Stump of Gettysburg is accused of entering the building through a window Sunday night, breaking signs and spraying fire suppressant around the Senate.  Seven historic portraits are in need of repair and police say the costs will be "substantial."  Stump is being charged with burglary, vandalism and public drunkenness.
