A man is facing charges after an assault call led police to a stash of drugs and cash. Police responded to a report of an assault this past weekend and found a man in a car with a woman who had facial injuries. While arresting Jose Angel Pagan-Rivera, they say they found packets of heroin and a large amount of cash in the car. In addition to assault, police say he was arrested on drug charges and taken to the Lancaster County Prison on 75-thousand-dollars bail and a state parole violation.
