Child drowning leads to charges

Two people are headed to trial in connection to the drowning death of a three-year-old girl.  The child's mother and uncle were held for court yesterday.  Police say Tiffany Graham left the little girl in the care of her brother, Austin Biller, who had allowed the toddler to wander off previously.  They say Biller dozed off and when he woke up, the child was gone.  She was later found in a neighborhood pool.  Graham and Biller are charged with involuntary manslaughter and endangering the welfare of children.
